Department of Turkish Language

The Department of Turkish Language at Maltepe University aims to enhance the Turkish language proficiency and reading, writing, and expression skills of all students enrolled in associate and undergraduate programs within an academic setting.

Our department's primary goal is to train individuals who have acquired the ability to use Turkish "correctly and well" (both in writing and speaking), can read and comprehend Turkish publications in science, culture, and art, and can produce Turkish texts in these fields while being creative and inclined towards teamwork.

Our educational approach is "student-centered," and our fundamental principle is to utilize all methods, approaches, and techniques while teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
