Scientific Research Projects Commission (MÜAR)
MÜAR evaluates the work of academic staff who conduct national/international scientific research and R&D projects, by identifying themselves as university members. This includes the registration of intellectual property rights (such as copyright, patents obtained from national/international scientific organizations, utility model certificates, industrial design registration certificates, trademarks, etc.), recognition through awards and citations, writing articles and books/book chapters, and participating in scientific meetings both domestically and internationally. This participation may include presenting a paper, poster, or artistic work, or being involved as a panelist or commentator.
MÜAR accepts, evaluates, supports, and monitors scientific research projects, assesses original works and activities related to distance education, ensures that the entire process is documented by the coordination unit, and carries out other duties assigned by the Rector related to scientific research.

Education Commission
The commission is generally responsible for determining macro-level policies related to the updating of education, teaching, and programs, as well as initiating the accreditation process. Additionally, it examines and plans changes regarding the structuring of double-major/minor programs, the alignment of these programs with their objectives, the standards for required and elective courses, course coding, weekly lesson schedules, new program proposals, and other related matters. The commission reviews suggestions from academic units, plans the necessary changes to regulations and directives, submits them to the legislation committee for discussion, and formulates opinions related to education for the Senate.

Quality Commission
The commission is responsible for improving quality development efforts and enhancing the quality assurance system across all units of the university. It ensures that annual self-assessment activities are conducted by each unit and undertakes the university’s own self-assessment activities. Additionally, the commission prepares and submits the annual Institutional Internal Evaluation Reports in preparation for the Institutional External Evaluation process.

Legislation Commission
The commission is responsible for preparing all necessary regulations, directives, and principles, updating existing ones, making required changes, and finalizing the regulations and directives related to education received from the Education Commission before submitting them for approval by the relevant authorities.

Promotion and Cultural Events Commission
The commission is responsible for coordinating and following up on the necessary plans and preparations for all social and cultural activities organized by the university's units, both inside and outside the university. It prepares, develops, and defines strategies for projects related to the university’s promotion, ensuring their implementation and tracking their progress. The commission also determines strategies to encourage prospective university students, who rank highly in the YKS exam, to choose our university.

Traffic Safety and Security Enhancement Commission
The commission was established to collect security data and conduct risk analysis related to traffic safety and security enhancement. It aims to increase preventive security measures conducted by private security officers at the campus entrance, enhance the quantity and quality of tools and equipment that assist physical security measures, and promote the initiation of scientific studies regarding the causes of violence and unrest. The goal is to improve overall safety and security on campus.

The commission is responsible for making the final decision regarding the disposal and destruction of any materials in the university archive that are deemed unnecessary for use or storage.

Publication Commission
Within the units:
- Review draft works prepared for publication, plan publications, evaluate whether they comply with publication standards, and prepare reports on the publications.
- Evaluate whether works that are ready for publication, such as textbooks used as teaching tools and supplementary textbooks, are suitable for publication in terms of quality and educational needs. The commission also determines the publication order, print quantity, cost, sale prices, and provides recommendations regarding royalty payments.
- The commission is established to provide opinions on publication applications that fall outside the scope mentioned above.
