Duties of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs:
- To prepare budget proposals for the university based on planning and programming principles, ensuring that available resources such as human, financial, and material are utilized in the most optimal and efficient way for the economic and effective execution of services and activities, and to monitor their implementation.
- To collect and evaluate necessary information, documents, and statistics related to the financing sources of investment programs.
- To monitor cash and appropriations during the implementation process.
- To carry out the university's inventory operations and all types of payment and collection activities.
