Maltepe University, with its qualified academic staff and strong infrastructure, strives to enhance its achievements and develop its human resources.

In the 26th year of its founding, our university aims to ensure the sustainability of comprehensive and multi-faceted education with an interdisciplinary approach. It seeks to provide our students with a global perspective by increasing its level of internationalization and contribute to regional and national economic, social, and cultural development through efforts in “research,” “innovation,” and “entrepreneurship.”

By setting goals based on the results of surveys on “Academic Staff,” “Administrative Staff,” and “Student Satisfaction,” and by developing capacity in R&D and Product Development (P&D), updating Big Data, and implementing policies on campus in line with environmental and climate change concerns, we aim to become an “Entrepreneurial, Innovative, and Competitive University.” We are committed to working towards a better campus through our decision-making mechanisms, redefining institutionalization, expanding the scope in our journey towards a university based on industry collaboration, and optimizing the 'Physical,' 'Academic,' 'Economic,' and environmental conditions in line with the Principle of Sustainability. Building a new ecosystem to ensure the sustainability of our university is one of the indispensable imperatives of our management approach.

Building a sustainable future for the next generations and leaving a better world is part of our responsibility. By working collaboratively with all our stakeholders to contribute to the needs of society, we will continue to develop stronger and more effective solutions and add value to the development of our country.

With half a century of experience, our university will aim to raise young generations in the best way possible without deviating from principles, ethical rules, human rights, and legal compliance processes.
