VISION

Our vision is to ensure that our university possesses a human resource made up of qualified, entrepreneurial, dynamic, and happy employees to achieve the goals and efforts aimed at becoming a contemporary world university.

Human Resources Policy

In order to realize our university's goals and efforts to become a contemporary world university, our human resources policy aims to provide the necessary human resources and to act with the awareness of how crucial this resource is for the holistic advancement of our university.

We primarily focus on creating a work environment that aligns with employee dignity and peace, upholding this with ethical values/human rights and legal frameworks. In line with our university's goals, objectives, and strategies, we aim to:

  • Employ a specialized and qualified workforce.
  • Maintain team spirit to ensure employee satisfaction and commitment.
  • Support the education of academic, administrative, and service staff, including their personal development needs, by collaborating with subject matter experts.
  • Promote gender equality.
  • Stand against discriminatory elements based on individual characteristics such as gender, marital status, beliefs, ethnicity, pregnancy status, or likelihood during recruitment, promotion, and compensation practices.
  • Recognize employees' achievements through defined processes and encourage them with various appreciation mechanisms.
