Erasmus Teaching Activity

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berfin VARIŞLI, a faculty member of the Department of Sociology and Deputy Director of MÜTAM, will give lectures at the University of Bucharest as part of the Erasmus+ Program Academic Staff Teaching Mobility.

During the 2023-2024 Academic Year, as part of the Erasmus+ Program Academic Staff Teaching Mobility, she will be at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work at the University of Bucharest from April 22-26, 2024. In addition to the lectures where she will present the introduction, methodology, and preliminary findings of the TÜBİTAK 1001 project titled “Social Bond House: The Role of Social Connections in the Adaptation of the Elderly Displaced by the February 6 Earthquakes to Their New Environments” (Project number 123K472), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berfin VARIŞLI will also deliver a seminar at the University of Bucharest's Gender Studies Platform (The Gender Studies Platform, ICUB) on “Age Discrimination and Gender.”
