Short Name: BAP (Scientific Research Projects)
The Scientific Research Projects (BAP) program is an initiative developed to support scientific research in higher education institutions. Project applications can be submitted at any time using the available application forms.
Project Application Evaluation Process
- The project leader initiates the draft project proposal.
- The prepared draft project proposal is submitted to the MÜAR Coordination Unit via EBYS by the project leader.
- The MÜAR Coordination Unit conducts a technical/formal pre-evaluation of the application. If no deficiencies or issues are found, the proposal is classified as a Project Application and forwarded to the MÜAR Commission for evaluation. If deficiencies or issues are identified, the proposal is returned to the project leader for revision.
- The project is submitted for evaluation by a Commission Member.
- The project application is sent for peer review.
- The Coordinator presents the evaluation results to the Commission.
- If required, the project team presents the proposal to the Commission through an oral presentation.
- If necessary, the project leader is requested to revise the proposal.
- The Commission conducts the final evaluation and decides whether to support the project.
