Application for Incentives in Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events
Applications for Incentives in Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events are submitted within the deadlines set by Maltepe University Rectorate in accordance with the announced calls. The scope of these incentives is based on the evaluation of activities from the previous year and is processed using the available application forms.
Evaluation Process for Project Applications
- The project leader initiates the draft proposal for Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events.
- The prepared draft proposal is submitted to the MÜAR Coordination Unit via EBYS by the project leader.
- The MÜAR Coordination Unit conducts a technical/formal pre-evaluation of the application. If no deficiencies or issues are found, the application is classified as a Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events Application and forwarded to the MÜAR Commission for evaluation. If deficiencies or issues are identified, the application is returned to the project leader for revision.
- The Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events incentive file is submitted for evaluation by a Commission Member.
- The Coordinator presents the evaluation results to the Commission.
- If necessary, the project leader is requested to revise the Scientific and Artistic Projects, Publications, and Events incentive application.
- The Commission finalizes the evaluation and decides whether to submit the results to the Maltepe University Rectorate for approval.
