Conference/Congress Support Applications

Conference/Congress Support applications can be submitted at any time using the available application forms.

Evaluation Process for Conference/Congress Support Applications

1. The project leader initiates the Conference/Congress Support Draft.
2. The prepared Conference/Congress Support Draft is submitted to the MÜAR Coordination Unit via EBYS by the project leader.
3. The MÜAR Coordination Unit conducts a technical/formal pre-evaluation of the application. If no deficiencies or issues are found, the application is classified as a Conference/Congress Support Application and forwarded to the MÜAR Commission for evaluation. If deficiencies or issues are identified, the application is returned to the project leader for revision.
4. The application is submitted for evaluation by a Conference/Congress Support Commission Member.
5. The Commission conducts the final evaluation and decides whether to approve the Conference/Congress Support request.
