Research that is planned to be conducted without the need for direct intervention by a physician or any invasive procedures will be evaluated. Ethics committee applications should be made through the appropriate forms via EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) by the relevant Dean's Office, Directorate, and Department Head, in accordance with the specific type of application, to the Rectorate/Ethics Committee.
