Program Description
The program aims to train graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by the healthcare discipline of speech and language therapy. It seeks to graduate professionals who possess the holistic perspective necessary to design, implement, and supervise intervention programs tailored to the individual and their condition by conducting functional assessments and differential diagnoses of speech and language disorders. Furthermore, it aims to equip them with the ability to take initiative within a team, be open to collaboration, utilize the necessary technology, tools, and equipment, think multidimensionally, and be creative and innovative.
The main objective of the program is to train healthcare professionals who possess the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values required to provide qualified services in accordance with a bio-psycho-social and multicultural approach. By engaging directly with healthy, ill, and special needs individuals, they will play an active role in the improvement and protection of health. These professionals will be fully equipped to effectively understand, evaluate, and manage the situations they encounter, and to competently fulfill their responsibilities in health, education, and other related fields.
