Dean's Message

Dear Students,

As the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences at Maltepe University, our goal is to train engineers who have acquired strong learning skills, possess professional knowledge alongside ethical values, respect human rights, have a good command of the English language, can integrate knowledge and technology, and are proficient in using communication technologies.

In this context, our faculty closely follows technological developments, supports university-industry collaboration, and consistently encourages innovative and entrepreneurial activities. Our faculty provides successful students with the opportunity to pursue a double major across departments and opens the path for them to earn a degree in another field of their choice. Minor programs offer students the chance to take courses in areas of interest, allowing them to shape their education according to their aspirations.

Our graduates, in line with the objectives of our undergraduate programs, are able to continue their studies at the graduate level or enter the professional world as entrepreneurial engineers. In line with the university’s policies that support quality education, our faculty regularly updates its curricula, considering feedback from external stakeholders, to ensure they remain relevant to the needs of the times.
