Programme Key Learning Outcomes

  1. Gains the ability to use, compare, interpret, draw conclusions and apply legal concepts.
  2. Gains the ability to analyze positive law norms in the light of legal theory, taking into account the historical development that originates them.
  3. Gains the ability to understand and process the national and international dimensions of law by following court precedents and practices.
  4. Gains the ability to balance mutual rights and interests within the framework of a developed understanding of justice.
  5. Has minimum knowledge and experience in the application of law.
  6. In addition to professional skills, gains the ability to express oneself both individually and in front of the community.
  7. In addition to understanding and applying positive law, gains a developing and creative perspective on positive law by utilizing disciplines such as politics and economics.
  8. In addition to individual success, gains the ability to work collectively through in-class activities, hypothetical case studies, courthouse studies and other professional and academic visits.
  9. Develops the ability to produce analytical solutions to problems related to Private Law.
  10. Develops the ability to produce analytical solutions to problems related to Public Law.
