1.    The student analyzes and interprets the public law concepts and enforces an independent study which requires specialization at both public law and at its branches

2.    The student assesses public law concepts with parallel concepts in comparative law.

3.    The student follows both national and international law jurisprudence and establishes the relation in between.

4.    The student posseses the ability of solving problems that rise in law theory and law practice by using case law methods and creates solutions that figure out the substantial justice.

5.    The student posseses the ability of expressing himself in writing by using computer software, information and communication technologies on the field that his skills are required

6.    The student aquires the ability of life long learning and becomes accustomed to utilize his/her occupational skills to casual and work life, moreover developes outstanding communicational skills to express him/herself infront of audience or in personal communication.    

7.    The student acquires the capacity of applying the positive legal norms, besides he/she is provided the facilities to develop his/her ability through the positive legal norms by utilizing other social disciplines such as politics and economy.

8.    The student posseses individual outcomes regarding with education of public law and other social disciplines by taking social, academic and ethical understanding.

9.    The student develops the capacity of creating analytical solutions to the problems related to Public Law matters.

10.    The student develops the probity, justice and ethical values that the profession requires and sets a good example of him/herself.
