Candidates who have successfully completed the English examination and interviews of THY and who have employment requirement, have the opportunity to work in THY under the protocol between THY and Maltepe University.

Students who have successfully completed 1st grade and Turkish Airlines exams and interviews under the protocol prepared by THY, participate in flights in summer term and 3rd and 4th term including Turkish Airlines cabin crew and serve as "trainee".
