Shaya, which operates with a corporate culture that rewards "Think Big," "Act Small," and "Be You", is currently looking for Data Analyst to join its Starbucks division.

  • University degree from reputable universities,

  •  2+ years’ experience with data analysis,

  • Experience in FMCG data analytics, data management and assimilation,

  • Experience in budget & planning management,

  • Experience in MicroStrategy or similar visualization tool (PowerBI, QlikView etc.)

  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, etc)

  • Strong SQL or Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools,

  • Ability to interpret complex data streams and ability to apply to commercial campaign,

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and apply commercially to multi brand campaigns,

  • Good technical understanding – an individual who can interpret complex data and interpret into easy to use and easy to understand sales data,

  • Ability to work across various business functions to provide data and insights,

  • Strong analytical skill set,

  • Familiarity with presenting data to stakeholders who are not data savvy,

  • Self-driven, problem-solving, high-level written and verbal communication, team-working skills,

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the analysis of data to support the brand’s objectives in driving increased profitable sales,
  • Support departments/team members help them understand what commercial decisions and process improvements can be made through data,
  • Responsible for the analysis of sales and profit data to turn into business insight,
  • Responsible for ensuring clean and accurate sales data,
  • Analyze sales at market and store format level to identify tactical and strategic opportunities,
  • Analyze seasonal campaigns during and post to manage stocks, identify sales opportunities,
  • Work closely with different functions to gather information to increase business knowledge.
