IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: THE DEADLINE FOR FINAL REGISTRATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED BY STARTING FROM AUGUST 26, 2026 UNTIL SEPTEMBER 1, 2026!!!

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE FOR FINAL UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION:

1. 2026 TYT Results Document
   The results document must be obtained from the official ÖSYM website and must include a Result Document Verification Code at the bottom of the document. Documents without a verification code will be considered invalid.

2. Original ID Card and one photocopy
   The original ID card must be presented to the relevant staff members.

3. Original High School Diploma and one photocopy

   • Students who have not yet received their high school diploma must submit the original Temporary Graduation Certificate.
   • Students who do not have their high school diploma because they were previously enrolled at another university must cancel their registration at that institution and obtain their high school diploma.
   • Students who have not yet graduated from high school must obtain a document from their high school confirming that they have not yet graduated.
   • During registration, the original high school diploma will be presented to the relevant staff for verification. A photocopy will be retained by the University, and the original diploma will be returned to the student.
   • For applicants who do not have their high school diploma, a High School Graduation Certificate obtained through the Turkish e-Government (e-Devlet) system is also accepted.

4. Military Status Certificate for male applicants
   This document can be obtained online through the Turkish e-Government (e-Devlet) system. It is required for male students born in 2003 or earlier.

5. Two (2) passport-size photographs
   Color photocopies are not accepted.
