REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR OUTGOING ERASMUS STUDENTS

BEFORE MOBILITY

For Study Mobility:
All students participating in the Erasmus+ Program must have health insurance that covers medical treatments in the destination country.
The required health insurance is not a travel health insurance!

Your insurance policy must:

  • Be an International Student Health Insurance
  • Cover both outpatient and inpatient treatments
  • Be valid for the entire study period abroad
  • Have a minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros

If these conditions are not met, the insurance policy will not be accepted.

For Traineeship Mobility:
Students participating in the Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility must have comprehensive health insurance, which includes:

  • Liability insurance (covering damages caused by the student at the workplace)
  • Accident insurance (covering at least injuries the student might suffer at the workplace)

Additional Required Documents:

DURING MOBILITY

If the student needs to make changes to the courses after arriving at the host institution, they must:

  1. Obtain approval from their departmental coordinator for the course changes.
  2. Update the During Mobility section of the Learning Agreement accordingly.
  3. Sign the revised document and get it signed by:
    • The department coordinator at the home university
    • The Erasmus coordinator at the host university
  4. Submit the signed document to the Erasmus Office.

Students participating in fall semester mobility and wishing to extend their mobility for the spring semester must submit the Study Mobility Extension Form to the Erasmus Office. After approval, students must contact their department coordinator to prepare a new Learning Agreement for the spring semester. The student must submit the fully signed agreement along with the Acceptance Letter for the spring semester to the Erasmus Office.
