The Faculty Members to be assigned to the Thesis Monitoring Committee for the students who has passed the Proficiency Exam are notified to the Graduate School Management within a month. |

|
PhD Thesis Proposal Committee: Students who are successful in the Proficiency Exam must get into the Thesis Proposal Committee within the first 6 months after the exam. |
