Justice is the most important virtue to be preserved by those in charge at every step in the fulfillment of judicial services.
Justice is a difficult concept to define; perhaps the most important reason for this is that the concept of justice varies from person to person. According to an old Roman Law expression, “Justice is a determined and persistent desire for everyone to get what they deserve” (Iustitia est contans et perpetua voluntas ius suum cique tribuens)

The fulfillment of justice has been one of the most important duties imposed on the state throughout the ages. Indeed, how and through whom justice will be administered is as important as the meaning attributed to the concept of justice. This is because judges, who play a leading role in the decision-making process, need people to assist them in the administrative functioning and bureaucratic procedures of the court to which they belong. If this were not the case, hearings could not be held, witnesses could not be called, evidence could not be presented, and even a court decision, which can be described as a legal victory, could not be written down and delivered to the jurists.

Today, justice services are carried out by professionals trained in this field. The healthy execution of these services accelerates the functioning of the legal mechanism, prevents the delay of justice and helps the state to establish social order in a fair manner. For this reason, the presence of well-equipped and ethical professionals plays a role in the fulfillment of justice.

We started our education and training activities in 2012 as the Justice program; With the decision of YÖK in 2023, the name of the program was changed to the Court Office Services program. Our program maintains its quality and values and provides its students with general theoretical knowledge about the basic areas of law, as well as practical knowledge and skills that they will use in the practice of law. In the Court Office Services program, students are prepared to be employed as assistant lawyers in judicial and administrative judicial organizations to carry out justice services, in penal execution institutions or in lawyers' offices.

The language of instruction of the program is Turkish.

Having theoretical knowledge in the field of law and combining it with practical knowledge and skills, in the judicial and administrative judiciary, in the private sector or in penal institutions, to ensure the training of professional staff equipped with professional knowledge and experience.

VISION

The rules of law change with the needs of society. For this reason, the presence of professional staff who follow the developments in the field of law and apply them with the awareness of professional ethics rules plays an important role in achieving success in the practice of law. Our aim is to train competent professionals who are aware of the requirements of the age.
