CIVIL AVIATION CABIN SERVICES PROGRAM
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Civil Aviation Cabin Services Programme aims to educate qualified flight attendant who is aware of the professional and ethical responsibilities, has the effective communication skills, takes part effectively in teamwork, display leadership characteristics and management skills in the rapidly growing and competitive nature of the aviation industry.
Practical courses are held in the mock-up aircraft cabin created at our university; Emergency Rules course practice is held at Turkish Airlines Flight Training Center or Pegasus Airlines within the scope of protocols arranged with Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines.
Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program was authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation to provide "Cabin Crew Basic Training" in 2017. With the authorization, our university has the "Approved Cabin Crew Basic Training Organization Authorization Certificate" and "Cabin Crew Basic Training Program Handbook Approval Certificate". Our students who successfully complete the program are given a "Basic Training Certificate" approved by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation. The authorization certificate confirms that the courses in the program comply with national and international standards.
Our students who successfully complete the 1st grade and THY evaluation processes within the scope of the protocol made with THY participate in flights in uniform and serve as "trainees" in the summer term and 3rd and 4th semesters to be included in the cabin crew at Turkish Airlines. This application is carried out in line with the request of THY.
Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program graduates can transfer to undergraduate programs in

Civil Aviation Cabin Services Personal Development Program
The “Those Who Make A Difference İn The Sky” Program aims to create professional awareness in Civil Aviation Cabin Services Program students and to provide them with skills that will contribute to their personal development. Within the scope of the program, role-play studies to be carried out in the cabin simulator will enable participants to develop solutions to problems they may encounter in the work environment. In addition, this program aims to support participants in getting to know themselves, realizing their strengths and areas open to development.
