ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
Maltepe University implements a Quality Management System within the framework of ISO 9001:2015 standards for a sustainable process management.
MU-KYS was created and put into practice based on the “Plan, Do, Check, Act (PUKO) cycle and the “process approach” model, which is defined in the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which includes risk-based thinking.
With its Process Management approach, Maltepe University consists of six main processes, namely quality assurance, education-training, research-development, social contribution, managerial and administrative/support processes, and sub- and detailed processes related to them.
