Payment, Cancellation and Insurance Terms

Full payment must be completed at least three weeks before the workshop start date.

The invoice will be sent electronically to the participant's email address.

Participants will receive confirmation once payment has been received. It is recommended not to purchase travel tickets until this confirmation has been received.

If a participant is unable to attend for any reason, their place may be transferred to another participant, provided that notice is given no later than one month before the start of the workshop.

In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to insufficient participant numbers, the unavailability of the workshop leader, or force majeure circumstances, the full participation fee will be refunded.

Maltepe University cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of participants' personal belongings during the workshop. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel and insurance.
