A Breath in the Academy: Italian Cuisine Workshop (Risotto and Panna Cotta)

How about discovering the elegant flavors of Italian cuisine? In this workshop, you will learn how to expertly prepare Risotto and Panna Cotta, two classic flavors of Italy. Lecturer See. Seda ÇAKMAK KAVSARA and Research Assistant. The "Italian Cuisine Workshop", which will be held between 10:00-12:00 on Friday, November 29, 2024, accompanied by İkbal Ertuğrul DİKEÇ, offers an unforgettable experience to gastronomy enthusiasts.

 

What will we do during the workshop?

 
·We will learn step by step the secret of preparing a creamy Risotto with the ideal consistency. We will explore details such as rice selection, mixing technique and ingredient compatibility.

·While making Panna Cotta, one of the elegant desserts of Italian cuisine, we will apply the correct consistency and presentation techniques.
