It is a certificate program organized at our university by the Ethical Values Center Association (EDMER) for the purpose of creating and developing a consciousness in ethics and increasing the youth’s vision for the ethical values and code of business conduct in Turkey. Seminars are given to youth on how to become leaders with ethical values in the future by leading business people and academics of Turkey in the academic program conducted out of course hours. Students who graduate at the end of the academic program receive their certificates with a ceremony. Studies have been carried out to provide preference priority in the business world to our students of the Ethical Leaders Academy.
