The meeting was held at Maltepe University. It was organized by Professor Dr. Ranan Gülhan Aktaş, Director of Cancer and Stem Cell Research Center, and Mahasin Osman from Brown University, USA. Five well-known physicians from the United States and Dr. Martin Chalfie, Nobel prize-winner in chemistry in 2008, met with students, sci,entists and academicians.
