Interior Architecture

Interior Architecture

When Maltepe University was established in 1997, Interior Architecture education was given at the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture and today, Interior Architecture education is given within the Faculty of Architecture and Design. It is the duty of interior architects to equip the structures designed by architects in the most suitable way for use. In reality, cooperation with the City Planner, Architect and Interior Architect can be mentioned if considered with scale. Our faculty offers interior architecture education within the framework of education integrated with this idea. Our students; while designing in design studios, besides theoretical lessons, they have the opportunity to examine one-to-one scale examples of the structure and participate in the application workshop called hangar. Elective courses in the program are carried out to become professionals.

With this education we provide to our students, we aim to train interior architects who design and apply.
