We are looking for a team-mate as an '' Employee Experience & Internal Communication Specialist'' to join our team.
We will grow stronger with you, if you have;
- Bachelor degree from the relevant departments of the universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in employee experience and internal communication processes,
- Curious, eager to learn and develop,
- Analytical and extrovert,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must,
- Strong planning and organization skills,
- Very good command of English.
What will you be responsible from?
- Execute actions plans of company mission, vision and strategies, to be known, valued and interiorized by the employees ,
- Prepare and implement all internal communication plans in line with employer brand strategy
- Analyze, report and conduct all employee engagement and satisfaction surveys
- Responsible for preparation, implementation and execution of employee experience road maps,
- Manage internal communication platforms,
- Manage university collaborations and all communication process with internal communication agencies.
