Workshop Leaders and the Dual Language Format

All workshops will be led by IB-approved leaders. The dual-language format is to make the trainings more accessible for those Turkish speaking staff whose English speaking proficiency may not be at a fluent level (especially for the workshops in Turkish Literature, Turkey in the Twentieth Century and Administration). The workshop leaders will be bilingual, or there will be a team member supporting the leader with translation where necessary. Most of the workshop materials will be translated into Turkish, but there will be the English ones also available for cross-referencing.
